1. Operator and contact

The website is free to use; advertising is its planned source of funding. For service enquiries, complaints and content reports, email colourbreak-contact@gmail.com.
2. Services and technical requirements
The website provides free browsing and searching of colouring pages, PDF downloads and illustration printing. No registration or personal information is required to download a file. You need internet access and a current browser; PDFs require a browser with PDF support or a suitable reader, and printing requires a printer. Basic browsing and downloads work without JavaScript; JavaScript enhances search and the print button. You can also use your browser's print command.
3. Starting and ending use
Use of a service starts at your request, for example when opening a page or downloading a file. You can end use at any time by closing the page or cancelling the download. There are no subscriptions or fees. You can save or print these terms using your browser.
4. Printing and sharing
You may download and print colouring pages free of charge for personal use and classroom activities. To recommend a page, share its website link. Under these terms, selling or redistributing the files or removing the embedded website address is not permitted. Contact us about other uses. These terms do not restrict rights granted by mandatory law.
5. Illustrations and AI
The colouring illustrations are generated with artificial intelligence (AI) and prepared for printing. They are not factual records or instructional materials and may contain simplifications or imperfections. Any legal protection of individual elements depends on their nature and human contribution; AI generation alone does not establish copyright.
6. Safe use
Do not supply unlawful content, disrupt the service, bypass safeguards or overload it with automated requests. The website does not offer public content uploads. Download files from the correct website, keep your browser and security software updated and watch for impersonating messages or websites. Children should use printers and art materials in an age-appropriate way, with adult help where needed.
7. Complaints and reports
Send service complaints, error reports or reports of rights infringements to colourbreak-contact@gmail.com. Describe the problem, include the page address or filename and provide a way to reply. Do not send unnecessary personal information. We respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Reporting is free and does not restrict other legal remedies.
8. Availability, privacy and changes
Maintenance or faults may temporarily affect availability. This does not limit liability or user rights under applicable law. See our privacy policy for information about personal data. The current terms are published here with a version date; changes do not apply retroactively or affect acquired rights.
9. Advertising funding
We plan to fund the website through Google AdSense. Google advertising is not active in the current version. Activation requires appropriate consent controls and advertising-service configuration. See the advertising section of our privacy policy for information about planned advertising data processing.
Colouring pages will remain free. Clicking an advertisement is not a condition of downloading or printing. Ads will be labelled and separated from download and print controls; they will not be included in downloaded files or colouring-page printouts. Refusing optional advertising technologies will not block access to colouring pages.
Advertisements may link to third-party websites with their own terms and privacy policies. Displaying an ad does not mean the website operator endorses the advertised product. This does not limit liability under mandatory law.
